Palazzetti chose Nuboj to manage the data and information collected from the stoves. The new generations of pellet stoves can now be remotely controlled with an app installed on smartphones or tablets. The analysis of the data and information collected makes it possible to understand whether the stoves are being used correctly, whether they need maintenance, whether improvements can be made in future designs, ensuring better product quality together with a new focus on end customers. This approach allowed Palazzetti to create a new business model and to design new, more efficient and more reliable products. The company, which always operated mainly with a B2B logic, manages in this way to create a direct link with the end user.
The use of Nuboj allows Palazzetti to collect data and information from fireplaces, stoves and barbecues useful for predictive maintenance and for the study of device functionality from the settings set by the end user. Analysis of the choices and settings made by the end user are also studied in research and development projects.
