Galvani” in via Roveredo n. 20/b, 33170 Pordenone VAT 01352100935, Telephone 0434.570305 – e-mail info@tempestive.com – PEC tempestive@pec.it (hereinafter “Tempestive”) as data controller, in addition to the provisions of the privacy policy, provides below information regarding the operation of cookies within the website www. tempestive.com (hereinafter the “Site”) in accordance with Article 13 of the EU Regulation 679/16 (“GDPR”) and the Guidelines cookies and other tracking tools – June 10, 2021 [9677876] of the Italian Data Protection Authority. The information is provided only for the Site and not also for other websites that may be consulted by the User through links. Please see the “Last Updated” section at the bottom of this page to find out when the Policy was last updated. Any changes to this Policy will take effect at the same time as they are posted.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small strings of text which, sites visited by the user (so-called Publishers or “first parties”) or different sites or web servers (so-called “third parties”) place and store directly (in the case of Publishers) and indirectly (i.e. through them, in the case of “third parties”) within a terminal device in the user’s availability. viewed_cookie_policy 11 months The cookie is set by the GDPR Cookie Consent plugin and is used to store whether or not user has consented to the use of cookies. It does not store any personal data.

Analytical cookies

What are the ways to manage cookies?

Tempestive, according to current regulations, is required to ask for consent for profiling cookies.

However, it is not required to ask for consent for technical and analytics cookies, as they are necessary to provide the requested services.
