ALFA SISTEMI ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF TEMPESTIVE
The agreement signed with Tempestive, a Friuli-based company specializing in Digital Manufacturing solutions, marks the birth of an ICT Group of primary importance in FVG and on the national and international market, capable of offering its client companies software solutions with high added value.

An ICT group is born in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. With a turnover of 14 million Euros, 180 highly specialized resources, 5 offices, it is ready to become the reference partner for industrial customers and successfully accompany them during the digital transformation of all their key processes.
Alfa Sistemi, an Oracle Partner with over 25 years of history in the ICT consulting and system integration sector, announces the 100% acquisition of Tempestive, a well-established company from Pordenone operating in the Digital Manufacturing, IoT and Enterprise Asset Management sector.
With a growing turnover of 11.5 million € in 2022, three locations in Udine, Milan, and Rome, and an overseas presence in Bangkok to support Italian companies with branches in the APAC area, Alfa Sistemi supports the digital evolution of companies with Oracle application and technology solutions.
The company, which has a particular focus on medium-large customers in the manufacturing sector, supports companies with consultancy activities and software solutions aimed at adding value to business processes, with a particular attention and sensitivity to the human impact of the same, with a view to ‘human-centric’ technology approach.
Alfa Sistemi operates in areas such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), HCM (Human Capital Management), AMS (Application Management Services), Business Analytics and Project Management, and has been a specialized partner of Oracle for over ten years.
The corporate operation, strongly desired by both companies, was created with an industrial logic of increasing the value proposition by integrating the skills of Alfa Sistemi with the complementary skills of Tempestive in the industrial field, in order to transform the processes and products of companies from a digital perspective.
