How it works
The technician who carries out the intervention in the field can count on the assistance of a remote expert who guides him in solving the problem with audio and video information. The technician can use Remote Assistance on smartphones, tablets or Smartglasses to work hands-free.
The indications that the expert sends through Reamplia’s interactive tools are superimposed on the images on the technician’s device in the field or, if smartglasses are used, directly in front of his eyes.
